We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are carefully packaged to protect your handcrafted jewelry during transit. Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
- Tracking included with all shipments
- Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
